The short version
You’re buying a digital book. Pay once, download it, read it, keep every update free. Don’t redistribute it. Results depend on your work. All sales are final — read the free chapter first.
Who you’re dealing with
This store is run by a sole operator publishing as Jordan Reynolds (a disclosed pen name). Contact: start@yourfirstthousand.com.
The product
The First Thousand is a digital PDF (with possible additional formats later). Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to read and store the file for your own use. It does not grant rights to resell, redistribute, publicly post, or use the content to build derivative products for sale.
Purchases, payment, and taxes
Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. Where sales tax or VAT applies to your purchase, it is calculated and shown at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate: a download link appears after checkout and is also emailed with your receipt. Download links expire after 24 hours and allow up to 5 downloads — if a link expires or a file won’t download, email us and we’ll put it right. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content.
All sales final
Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final — see the Refund Policy. A full sample chapter is available free before purchase precisely so you can decide first.
Updates
The book is maintained as a “living book,” with revisions planned quarterly as tools and pricing change. Revisions are free to everyone who has purchased. Exact timing of any given revision may vary; that’s a promise of maintenance, not a subscription entitlement.
Honest expectations (no earnings guarantee)
The book teaches a method. It does not guarantee income, and you should be skeptical of anything that does. Outcomes depend on your effort, your market, and factors nobody controls. Nothing on this site or in the book is financial, legal, or tax advice.
Intellectual property
The book, this site’s copy, and the Circuit/Ember design are the operator’s intellectual property. Quoting brief passages with attribution is welcome; wholesale reproduction is not.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator’s total liability for any claim connected to the site or the book is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
Terms may be updated; the version posted here with its effective date is the one in force.
This page is provided as general information about how this store operates, not as legal advice. For situations beyond a standard small digital storefront, consult a qualified professional — the book’s Appendix A makes the same recommendation.
