All sales are final

The First Thousand is a digital product delivered instantly. Once it’s in your hands it can’t be returned, so we don’t offer refunds — and we’d rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise.

The honest alternative to a refund policy

A full chapter of the book — the introduction, A Note Before We Begin, plus Chapter One — is free. It’s the same writing, the same thinking, and the same voice as the rest of the book. Read it before buying. If it doesn’t earn your $27, don’t spend it.

If something goes wrong on our end

If your download link expires, the file is corrupted, you were charged twice, or delivery failed in any way — email start@yourfirstthousand.com and we will fix it: fresh links, replacement files, or a correction of any billing error. “All sales final” covers changes of mind; it never covers our mistakes.

EU/UK buyers

By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this waives the statutory withdrawal period where that waiver is permitted. Your statutory rights regarding defective digital content are unaffected.
